Ticket returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Box Office for assistance.
Ticket Donations
Patrons do have the option to donate their unused tickets back to BRSO as a tax-deductible contribution. You may call the Box Office at (225) 383-0500 ext. 100 to donate tickets back prior to the performance.
